The View : The Aftermath?

OK, I haven't really heard anything whether Rosie and Elizabeth have made up. Today's show have been very tame. No talks of Politics whatsoever. Hot Topics portion of the show was light-hearted like nothing happened. Maybe because it was taped, hehe. BUT, the "friends" have spoken on the issue. Well, sorta.

Here's what Elizabeth had to say : Yahoo.

"I honestly think, I believe that we are mature women who can resolve," the 29-year-old pregnant mother of one told Extra. "I hope we can. I would hope that a disagreement or a heated debate wouldn't be the end of a relationship...This happens all the time with people…to not address something that was obviously starting to bug us would be a disservice to ourselves."

Rosie's response? Well, head on over to her blog and read some of her response to the questions that her readers have posted. Interesting, especially this one :

Is there any possibility you will be staying on with the view?

when painting
there is a point
u must step away from the canvas
as the work
is done

anymore would take away

I guess we'll find out Monday or maybe some kind of development this weekend will surprise us :) .

    Hi Rosie,
I'm from Canada and just love watching you on the view , as a matter of fact I never paid any attention to the view till you arrived on the show ,I even taped it, but now that your leaving it won't be the same I probly won't watch it , so I wish you would get another show of your own or stay on the view and they can get rid of what's her name with the rageing hormones, what's she looking for ,another invitation to a party with the president, too bad the Dixie Chicks couldn't be a quest before you leave, anyway I really will miss you and wish you all the best, the View will never be the same,.
Good Luck Rosie To you ,your Kids, and Kellie
    Best of Luck, Colleen

I can not stand Rosie. I have respect for Elizabeth. Rosie is coward, liar, rude and fights with everybody. There is no peace in her. Wacth after few years when her partner will leave her and rosie turn to a real bitch, to a lost soul as she is now and doesn't know it yet.

Life is too short to give up a friendship for a show and the producers trying to get a high rating. The behaviour of the network and producers needs to be addressed. They sensationalized the argument like ti was a low rent show such as Jerry Springer. The integrity of the show is now in question. I love Barbara Walters, but I believe she has the beginning stages of dementia or altheimers. Her mind is not always clear. If the View wins the emmy, it will be because of Rosie. They need to treat her like a queen and not get her angry - she is the reason the View is doing so well. I hope they have a good back up plan because the show won't survive otherwise.
