Star Jones Confesses To A Weight Loss Surgery

Ummm, sorry to burst Star Jones's bubble but everybody knew she did. The people who watched her on The View knows that the only reason she lost all that weight in such a short period of time is through gastric-bypass-surgery. Come on now. What irked a lot of people in my opinion, I couldn't care less really, is her evasive nonchalant response on the whole thing. I mean granted it should be none of everybody's business but you know she is a TV-commodity. Sharing something personal about her life especially a very drastic one is her responsibility. By avoiding the issue she ended up looking like a total hypocrite. But hey, all is well that ends well coz now she's speaking out about it saying, "scared of what people might think of me." which is her defense on staying mum on the whole thing. Whatever. Now can we please move on. Star Jones who? And why am I getting pissed off talking about it here?

   What bothered me the most was if indeed it was for health reasons, then why keep it a secret?

   We all know that any of the weight shedding surgeries have side effects and weight gain. It's a constant choice to live a healthier life. Hopefully Star figured that out.
