Sarah Jessica Parker's stretching it

In Sarah Jessica Parker's next movie, she plays a ritzy Upper East Side single woman.

Sorry folks, this is not an announcement for Sex and the City: The Sequel. Instead, it's The Ivy Chronicles, a story about a divorced woman forced to move to downtown Manhattan (Gasp! Next thing you know she'll have to live in Brooklyn like everybody else!), who starts a business helping upper-middle-class women get their children into elite kindergartens.

A noble goal indeed. Keep your kids out of those public schools - I hear they sell drugs there. And not the high-end drugs they sell at the private schools - I'm talking cigarettes and pot. Have a little class.

As you might imagine, think The Starter Wife/The Nanny Diaries/Sex and the City wrapped up in one friendly bowl of celluloid chick lit.
