Old Episodes of ER

A couple of months ago I was at Future Shop and mosey'd past the TV shows on DVD and noticed that old seasons of ER were selling for, like, $25 each. So, I bought seasons one and two. I watched the first two episodes and remembered how much I loved this show when it started. I remember being shocked and surprised and gobsmacked and full of tears watching it amongst 20 or so of my university dormmates.

Those first few episodes, and in fact the first three seasons, were visionary and remain so today. I challenge you to watch them again, and remember how you felt, 13 years ago, watching this revolutionary show for the first time.

If only I could find that magic again...
