More Thoughts on VMA 2007

What VMA 2007? The show was sooooo boring. After Britney Spears much anticipated lackluster performance I pretty channel surfed. Yeah yeah there were other performances. I enjoyed Chris Brown's Michael Jackson's performance but as much as I love Alicia Keys, I was a little annoyed. Like ok, we know you like Freedom. Plus she was screaming the whole time. And what about Justin winning the "Quadruple Talent" award. You're telling me Justin as a singer/dancer/actor is more admirable than Bono as a rockstar and his efforts on South-Africa's AIDS problem and other humanitarian stuff Bono is involved with? What the HELL?

I don't know why they're calling it Video Music Awards in the first place. When was the last time MTV played a full length video? MTV should just be called "Reality Stop for Wannabe Celebrities". Like seriously, The Hills get more air time than any new videos these days. Oh by the way, Lauren, get over yourself. You're not all that. Your roommates are more exciting than you and your headbands collection combined. No wonder you keep kicking them out. Ahahaha. Sweet 16?, Made, Parental Guidance?, Next?, and what about that new show inspired by Orange County? Real World has pretty much turned into a sex fest show of screwed up horny people in their 20's. And we expect Lindsay Lohan to be a role model. Puhhlleeeaazze.
