Mischa Barton, Arrested For DUI and Marijuana Possession

Well, another one bites the dust. This time it's 21 yr old Mischa Barton. She was driving in West Hollywood when she was stopped at about 2:45 a.m Thursday morning. It turned out, Mischa doesn't have a license, was drunk and in possession of drugs. She spent 7 hours in jail and was then released for $10,000 bail.

After being killed off in The O.C, she has never really done anything yet she seems to be one of the "IT" girls. Well, now she can be one of the "IT girls who has seen a jail cell, court, and probably the rehab". And just in the nick of time. What a way to close 2007. Take that Lindsay, Nicole, Paris and Britney.
