I've always - or at least for the past two months since I've known who she is - found Miley Cyrus a little scary looking. I mean, not Megan Fox, Satan-style scary, but those lips freak me out. Plus, let's recall that she was born in 1992, November 1992 at that, making her significantly younger than the Olsen twins, Hilary Duff, Emma Watson, Lindsay Lohan, or any other young paparazzi target.
