Michelle Rodriguez Violation Of Probation

You would be amazed at the amount of Spam comments HELL gets on a past entry regarding Michelle Rodriguez drunk driving case. Well, let's see how much more Span we'd get now that it seems that Michelle has violated her probation. The document submitted in the court stated that she served her community service on September 25th but from Michelle's own confession, she was actually in NY that day. Her defense told by her lawyer was that it was a clerical error.

Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell granted Beale's request to call two county sheriff's supervisors who signed off on her community service forms to testify. A hearing was set for Oct. 12.

Geez, she should just be grateful she didn't have to serve in jail for more than 1 day due to over crowding. Why screw that up by not showing up at your community service duties. Spoiled much? Or just plain arrogant?
