Live Report on Paris : Back To Jail Or Stay At Home ?

The Judge who ordered Paris to serve 23 days in jail is well, pissed off. He ordered everyone back to the courthouse today. It's set to begin at 12pm Eastern Time. Apparently, he made it a point that Paris never get the ankle bracelet option. No house arrest sentence either. The LA County Sheriff pretty much circumvented that ruling, so now they're all back in court to determine whether she should go back to jail or not.

All Morning : Paris was supposed to be questioned via phone while she's at her house.

11:45am : The Judge ordered her Lawyers to pick her ass up. He wants her to be physically in Court.

12:01pm : Hearing will not begin until Paris shows up in court...

12:16pm : A Sheriff was sent to pick Paris up from her house. Media and Paparazzis are awaiting at her door. Ayayay.

Will keep posting details as news come in............ In the meantime, how bizarre has this gotten? Seriously, Paris Hilton, famous 26 yrs old heiress, serving time for DUI. Is this the kind of life she wants? Yes she has all the money but a lot of people don't really respect her. Ok they all go gaga over her pictures, media and paparazzis maybe. Some people are really just laughing at her. And are now outraged with how her "punishment" has turned out to be. Celebrity Justice as everybody is calling it. But then again, Paris is famous because of publicity. Bad or good, doesn't really matter to her. That's how her career started out to be anyway. Can she bounce back from this though? Hollywood is a very forgiving and forgetful community. We'll see. I don't think she cares. She's a Hilton, she's rich and everyone, well the morons like her anyway, will always kiss the ground she walks on.

12:55pm : The Sheriff has arrived at her house. 2 young girls left flowers by her gate. Whatever.

1:18pm : Paris, handcuffed, rides in the back of the Sheriff's car on the way to the Court House. Papparazzis chasing the car behind.

2:00pm : Paris has arrived at the court house

3:10pm : Paris Hilton is going back to jail, kicking and screaming. The Judge said he did not recieve any evidence of Paris's "medical condition" which was the reason of her ankle bracelet and home confinement sentence yesterday. Therefore she's going back to jail.

Well there it goes. You know, if only she stayed there as she was supposed to in the first palce, there wouldn't be an even bigger spectacle like this. She wouldn't have been calling out for her "Ma" while they haul her out of the court house. Let this serve a lesson for Paris Hilton(and her family), and other celebrities who had made a mockery of the justice system and do not give a damn about the extent of the crimes they've committed.
