It's DUI For Keifer Sutherland

24 star Keifer Sutherland was arrested earlier today for suspicions of DUI. He was stopped for making illegal U-turn and test that registered above the .08 legal limit on breathalyzer. With a bail set of $25,000, Keifer has been released and will appear in court on October 16th. Apparently, Keifer's Monday night whereabouts were in Area nightclub attending Fall Eco-Casino party hosted by 24's mother studio, FOX.

Well, talk about a way to premiere the new season of your show, Heh.
