Grey's Anatomy 3.18 (March 15, 2007)

I'd love to tell you I know what happened on Grey's Anatomy tonight, but, um, I was watching Coach K look like he was going to vomit. I think he actually did vomit a little into his mouth when Duke lost 79-77 to Virginia Commonwealth.
