Do we already know the villain in Batman 3?

The Dark Knight drops July 18th, but thanks to a recent interview with Gary Oldman (that's Lt. Jim Gordon to Bat fans) we might already know what's being planned for the inevitable follow-up. He talks about whether the role of the Joker will continue, as well as a new villain:

I don’t see why [the Joker can't be recast]. I mean, they did it with Katie Holmes’ character. I understand that this is a different circumstance, but I think another actor could do the job. I think Heath would want another actor to do the job. [But] Maybe we don’t need the Joker. Because we’ll have The Riddler.

Of course, Oldman could've just been (a) conjecturing, (b) referencing the previous third Batman film (Batman Forever, in which Jim Carrey played the Riddler), or (c) messing with us. Because it's Gary Oldman. He can play Lt. Gordon and Harry Potter's Sirius Black at the same time without batting an eyelash; he's awesome enough to mess with us.

But wouldn't it be fantastic to see director Christopher Nolan's take on the Riddler? Cast someone totally out of left field and run with it? Lots of sites reported on Nolan's offhand remark that he didn't know whether he would do a third, but don't panic: those are the words of a very tired individual who needs some time off.

   .i totally agre with Naomi Harris as poison ivy.she would be great and it would add diversity. she was scary as hell in pirates and given nolans input she could be great they could change ivy around. and i agree with the tattoes which could symbolize her obsession with plants seeing how in today would people get tattoes for reasons. but these markings could be covered when she is isley. but adding he whole cr8z environment-al chick would fit into nolans world and having giving her poison in which she uses on anyone in the way of her cause would be kick *** if done right. the poison could cause demonic illusions of ilsey being poinson ivy with the whole plant control going on but not really happening. or maybe she could get her plant powers[which i would really hope for] without being silly. but i think Naomi Harris would be great instead of jolie im tires of seeing her.let her raise her kids.

   no riddler because of the comparison to joker. and ivy could work for trying to get revenge on the city for some type on anti-environmental action. plus she is kinda cr8z
