Dan Brown's Angels & Demons Movie Slated for December 2008

You have no idea how excited I am to read about a sequel to Dan Brown's most controversial book and movie, The Da Vinci Code. There were rumors before but no official confirmation came out. Until now. Even though the Tom Hanks starred movie was dismal domestically, it garnered high results all over the world. My husband and I were somewhat disappointed with the movie version since we absolutely love the book, but we understood that it was probably a challenge to translate an intriguing novel into a 3 hour movie. It wasn't that bad, actually. We're still waiting on the next novel from the Dan Brown which is taking a really long time. But knowing there is a movie of Angels & Demons will certainly quench that thirst in the mean time. Ah, I can't wait. Tom Hanks will start shooting the movie in February 2008 and a tentative release date of December has been announced. Ron Howard will remain as the director.

   Oooh Im excited about that one too - that is one of my very favorite books and should make a WONDERFUL movie! And I can't believe Im actually saying it, but yay on Tom - somehow he went from being the not perfect at all Langdon, to being the only Langdon. I guess thats a great actor for ya! :)
