Christian Bale, Leader of Men

Coming off recent news that Christian Bale has signed onto three new Terminator movies, the first of those, Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins started shooting just a few days ago.

Bale plays John Connor, who leads the humans in the war against the machines as prophecized in the first three Terminator movies. Edward Furlong and Nick Stahl have both played the younger versions; Thomas Dekker currently plays him on Fox's The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

The flick also stars Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, and - maybe - Josh Brolin. McG directs. He's the guy responsible for both Charlie's Angels movies, but I'm trying my darnedest not to hold that against him.
