Britney Spears has a really bumpy (bald!) head

Seriously, I've changed my hair every time something major has gone on in my life, but shaving it all off? Never in my life have I considered that. Mind, she has been widely criticized lately for being blond, then brunette, then back to blond all within a week, but still... Shaving it all off? Yourself? (Apparently the hairdresser refused to do it, so Brit grabbed the clippers and did it herself.)

I think maybe she needs some help.
