That's the picture from PEOPLE showing Britney and her new boy toy, Adnan Ghalib perusing the aisle of pregnancy test from Rite Aid. Access Hollywood reports that Britney's confidant Sam Lutfi said "it's bullshit". Apparently, Britney and Adnan are just playing around for the paparazzis. Interestingly enough it's FinalPixx, Adnan's photo agency who took the picture.
