What would you call a spinoff of Grey's Anatomy featuring Kate Walsh as Addison Montgomery? Seattle Gynie? Beautiful Babes and Babies? Addison's Disease? (That's my favourite - Shonda honey, you can take that one for free!)

Will Karev (mmm, Justin Chambers) go with her? Will they play doctor and nurse? I could get dirtier, but I did that over here.

Could they take Callie with them? Maybe she should get her own show. No, maybe Christina should. No wait... give one to Burke. Then it could get cancelled and Isaiah Washington could get fired! There's a good idea!

(PS - did anyone see some rumoured sexual tension between the dippy doctor who was the resident when Bailey was on mat leave and Karev? I didn't see it, but EW.com swore they did. Weird.)
